ABOUT
THE BECCA PIZZI 5K
The Becca Pizzi 5K road race celebrates Becca as a Two Time World Marathon Challenge Champion. In 2018, Becca conquered the World Marathon Challenge again…7 Marathons, 7 Continents, 7 Days. Repeating her 2016 victory, Becca impressively crossed the finish line setting another World Record, putting her in the Guinness Book of World Records!
Becca is 45 years old and lives in Belmont with her husband Joe and 17 year old daughter Taylor. Becca is a Belmont native and she attributes her success to the love and support of her community. She proudly remembers her early running days at Belmont High School. As a result, Becca is dedicated to giving back to the community that supported and influenced her throughout her running career. All race proceeds benefit Belmont High student/athlete scholarships.
All race proceeds benefit Belmont High student/athlete scholarships and the Belmont High School athletic programs. This event is organized by Becca and Fitness Together of Belmont.

ONE MILE
FOR KIDS
We love to kick off every race day with a fun and energetic Kids Run, designed especially for our youngest runners. This shortened course is the perfect way to introduce children to the joy of running in a safe, supportive, and exciting environment. Beyond just crossing the finish line, running teaches kids valuable life skills—like how to pace themselves, build endurance, practice consistently, and develop patience along the way. The Kids Run isn’t about competition, it’s about learning, growing, and most importantly, having fun. We invite all kids to lace up their sneakers and join Becca for this special tradition.

All race proceeds benefit the Becca Pizzi Foundation for the purpose of awarding Belmont High School student/athlete scholarships. The Becca Pizzi Foundation has awarded over 50k in scholarships and sports equipment for Belmont High School.

Each year, the Becca Pizzi 5K proudly awards scholarships to local students who embody the same passion, perseverance, and community spirit that Becca represents. These scholarships not only recognize outstanding achievements in the classroom and on the track, but also support the next generation of leaders as they chase their dreams. By investing in our youth, the race continues its mission of giving back, ensuring that the impact of this event goes far beyond the finish line.
